Kamarvo is a price reference for used cameras and lenses. It does not have user accounts and asks no one for personal information.
At most two cookies, each set only when you choose it: your display currency and your language. They hold nothing else and are not used for tracking or advertising. There are no analytics or advertising scripts. Cloudflare, which carries the site, keeps the usual short-lived request logs, including IP addresses, as part of its service.
Kamarvo's own server counts page views so it knows which pages are read and how people find them. For each view it keeps the page, the site you came from (its name only, not the full address), your country as Cloudflare reports it, and whether you use a phone, tablet or computer. To tell visitors apart within a day it keeps a scrambled code made from your IP address and browser together with a random value that is replaced every day and deleted after two; your IP address itself is never stored, and the code cannot be linked to you or to your visits on another day. No cookie is used for this. Counts are kept for about thirteen months.
Some pictures are loaded by your browser directly from the service that holds them, which therefore sees your IP address, as any website you load an image from does: product photos come from Sharply's image host, and pictures in the eBay panel from eBay's image servers. Your browser is told not to send them the address of the Kamarvo page you are reading.
Model pages show current eBay listings, fetched from eBay's public Browse API when the page is opened. They are held in the server's memory for at most an hour so that eBay is not asked again on every page view, and are never written to a database or disk. Kamarvo does not receive or store any information about eBay buyers or sellers, and shows no seller details. Following a listing takes you to eBay, where eBay's own privacy notice applies.
Links to shops, to Sharply for specifications and to MPB take you to those sites, whose own privacy notices apply. Kamarvo does not earn anything from them.
Prices on Kamarvo come from the public catalogues of camera shops. Kamarvo stores item data only — titles, prices, conditions and dates — and never anything about the people who buy or sell the items.
